MacMall September Blowout Specials – Drastically Reduced Prices on Apple Devices and More

September will be over in just a few days from now, but MacMall’s September Blowout specials are still available for shoppers who want to save on a variety of consumer electronics. By this we do not exclusively mean Apple devices and machines, such as the MacBook Pro with Retina Display and the iMac, but peripheral equipment as well, or even products from manufacturers other than Apple. So with that in mind, we shall now be recapping MacMall’s September Blowout deals for all you last-minute shoppers out there, and once again, we won’t be limiting you to Apple devices alone in this recap.

MacMall September Blowout Specials - Drastically Reduced Prices on Apple Devices and More

As MacMall’s deals, for what they’re worth, largely focus on Apple products, we shall start with them nonetheless, as the 15.4-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display configuration with quad-core Intel Core i7 processor clocked at 2 GHz, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB flash storage and Intel Iris Pro graphics is selling for only $1,699.99. That’s a $299/15 percent discount off the original price of $1,999, making it one of the best prices on a lower-end Retina MacBook Pro out there. iMac shoppers, on the other hand, can save $469 off the price of the 21.5-inch config with 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and 1 TB storage – from $1,499, pricing has since been reduced to only $1,029.99.

We’d recommend that you avoid the iPhone 5s on-contract deal currently being offered on MacMall – yes, it says $99.99 and “save $599”, but in reality you’ll be paying a hundred dollars anyway when buying an iPhone 5s on contract. MacMall, however, has more tempting September specials on other Apple items, such as a higher-end MacBook Pro with Retina Display trim that’s now selling for $2,279 instead of the usual $2,599, a discount of $320 off. This setup gets you a Retina MacBook Pro with 15.4-inch display, Intel Core i7 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB flash storage as key specifications.

If you’ve seen those deals before on MacMall, then lucky you, as they’re still available for the time being. But things really do get interesting when it comes to the non-Apple products, such as the ViewSonic 24-inch 1080p LED monitor. While this item is a refurb, you can get it for just $134.99, or $110 off the original list price of $245. You can also buy a G-Technology 1 TB portable hard drive for $94.99, which is $85 cheaper than the list price of $179.95. And those who want a refurbished Thunderbolt product can go for the LaCie 3 TB d2 USB 3 Thunderbolt Series external hard drive, which is selling for $174.99, down $125 from the original price tag of $300.

We’re now down to our final product, and once again, it’s a non-Apple product that you can now buy at MacMall at a lower price. The Lenovo ThinkPad Edge notebook with Intel Core i3 processor clocked at 2.4 GHz, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB hard drive and DVD writer among other specs and features could be a good lower-midrange alternative for laptop shoppers who may not be able to afford a MacBook Pro. Originally $799, you cn now purchase this laptop for $679.99, or $120/15 percent off full retail.
