Newegg Monitor Deals Offer Price Cuts of 10 Percent Off on Top of Existing Discounts

Newegg Monitor Deals Offer Price Cuts of 10 Percent Off on Top of Existing DiscountsWith the 2014-15 school year approaching, retailers are doubling down on their back to school specials, as more and more companies are offering discounts on PCs and peripherals, among other items. The discounts are also getting more tempting as well, and Newegg is one retailer that is offering additional price cuts on already-low prices.

For this week, Newegg’s back to school specials include a series of deals on monitors, and by entering the promo code “MONITORS”, you can get an extra 10 percent off aside from the discounts listed below. Let’s get to those deals.

The Acer G6 Series monitor with model number G246HLAbd is a 24-inch monitor with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, and currently, it’s selling for $132.99, a discount of $67 off the full retail price of $199.99.

Another option currently selling for more than 30 percent off is the Asus 21.5-inch Full HD HDMI LED Backlight LCD monitor with speakers, which costs $129.99, or $60 less than the regular selling price of $189.99. As a reminder, you’ll be spending $120 or less on these two items, due to the bonus 10 percent discount for entering the “MONITORS” promo code.

The two monitors we mentioned above are among the cheaper options, but if you’re shopping for something a bit higher-end, the 25-inch LG monitor with model number 25UM64-S comes with a higher display resolution (2560 x 1080) and built-in speakers as a special feature. Pricing without the 10 percent discount is now set at $229.99, down $100 from the original price. Also in the same price range is the Dell Ultra Sharp U2412M monitor, which has a 24-inch display, 1920 x 1200 resolution, and a selling price of $264.99. That’s $115 cheaper than the regular selling price of $379.99.

For those looking for a large monitor that won’t cost that much, the Acer H6 monitor with model number H276HLbmid comes with a 27-inch display and 1920 x 1080 resolution and costs only $219.99. That price represents a $110 discount off the list price of $329.99, though once again, the “MONITORS” code can save you even more.

Looking for the highest of the high-end monitors you can find? You may be looking for a 4K monitor, in that case, or a monitor with 3840 x 2160 display resolution. One such monitor is the Samsung UD590 Series monitor with model number U28D590D. Features include a metallic easel stand, and the monitor is supposedly capable of supporting up to one billion colors. HDMI support is another special feature, and pricing is now set at $609.99. That’s much higher than the monitors we discussed above, but then again, you’ll still be saving close to 25 percent and paying $190 less than the regular price of $799.99.

We’re not quite done with our monitors recap, and this final item should appeal to anyone looking for an item $100 or less. The HP monitor with model number W2072a has a 20-inch display and 1600 x 900 resolution, as well as built-in speakers, D-Sub, and DVI-D as features, and will only cost you $99.99. That’s a dirt-cheap price indeed, but the monitor’s regular price of $169.99 is competitive enough as it is, even without the discount.
